Next, in the topic area of in the topic area of The Middle East: we present “Hope for Peace:

A Critical Analysis of Dangerous Policies by Imperialist Powers and Their Consequences in Developing Countries” by Dr. Godwin Azinwi Suh. Dr Suh is based in Nottingham City, England, UK and holds a PhD in Armed Conflicts and Fear of Crime, England, UK, a MPhil in Policing, Security and Community Safety, England, UK, a MA in Security, Intelligence and Diplomacy, England, UK, a MA in International Relations, England, UK and a BA (Hons) in Criminology and Criminal Justice, England, UK.

 

 

This issue continues with a paper by BWW Staff in the Topic Area of Post-Globalization: The Dawn of the Multi-Polar World: titled “The Collapse of Digital Governance and the Rise of Parochial Ledgers: A Third-Stage Forecast Based On The Work of Professor Jiang Xue-Qin”. This paper discusses “the climactic confrontation between the Global American Empire (GAE) and the re-ascendant America First bloc. The Empire is not coterminous with the physical United States; it is the post-1945 managerial super-structure of permanent bureaucracy, multinational corporations, military-industrial monopolies, university grant cartels, and NGO patronage networks whose capital is in Washington but whose conscience is unequivocally Davos.” Conversely, “America First is the insurgent Jacksonian nationalism.”


The September-October 2025 issue concludes with
a Philosophical Commentary titled “The Darkness and the Light V: Exploring Consciousness” by Mr. Iain Kirkaldy-Willis, Naturalistic Philosopher, from Spain's Canary Islands.
